Term\u00edn Ufer poch\u00e1z\u00ed od jm\u00e9na in\u017een\u00fdra Herberta G. Ufera, kter\u00fd tuto metodu vyvinul b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky. Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer je tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako uzemn\u011bn\u00ed v betonov\u00e9m pouzd\u0159e nebo z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 uzemn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer bylo nejen \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9 na realizaci. Ufer odhadl, \u017ee n\u00e1klady na uzemn\u011bn\u00ed depa pomoc\u00ed jeho metody byly p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b $60 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s $5000 u konven\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu ty\u010d\u00ed a m\u0159\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Ufer <a href=\"https:\/\/vm6fr4whzn6.c.updraftclone.com\/cs\/2022\/12\/21\/vyhody-testovani-zeme-v-komercni-budove\/\">uzemn\u011bn\u00ed tak\u00e9 vy\u017eadovalo m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby a testov\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/a> proto\u017ee betonov\u00e1 elektroda byla chr\u00e1n\u011bna p\u0159ed koroz\u00ed a fyzick\u00fdm po\u0161kozen\u00edm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer bylo p\u0159ijato americkou arm\u00e1dou a n\u00e1mo\u0159nictvem a pozd\u011bji i n\u00e1rodn\u00edm elektrotechnick\u00fdm p\u0159edpisem (NEC), kter\u00fd jej v roce 1968 uznal jako p\u0159ijatelnou metodu uzemn\u011bn\u00ed. Od t\u00e9 doby se uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v obytn\u00fdch, komer\u010dn\u00edch a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na v oblastech se \u0161patnou vodivost\u00ed p\u016fdy nebo vysokou bleskovou aktivitou. Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer se osv\u011bd\u010dilo jako spolehliv\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd zp\u016fsob ochrany elektrick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a osob p\u0159ed \u00farazy elektrick\u00fdm proudem, po\u017e\u00e1ry a p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d bylo vynalezeno uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer bylo vynalezeno jako \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9mu \u010delila americk\u00e1 arm\u00e1da ve 40. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Arm\u00e1da pot\u0159ebovala chr\u00e1nit sv\u00e9 muni\u010dn\u00ed sklady p\u0159ed \u00fadery blesku, ale p\u016fda v pou\u0161tn\u00edch oblastech, kde se sklady nach\u00e1zely, byla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 such\u00e1 a odoln\u00e1 na to, aby poskytovala dobr\u00e9 uzemn\u011bn\u00ed. Beton p\u016fsob\u00ed jako elektrolyt a poskytuje n\u00edzkoodporovou cestu pro odvod poruchov\u00fdch proud\u016f a bleskov\u00fdch p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed do zem\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uzemn\u011bn\u00ed Ufer a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed elektrotechnick\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy 250.52<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle normy NEC 250.52(A)(3) m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt elektroda v betonov\u00e9m pouzd\u0159e pou\u017eita jako uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed elektroda pro jak\u00fdkoli elektrick\u00fd syst\u00e9m, pokud spl\u0148uje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Elektroda se mus\u00ed skl\u00e1dat z nejm\u00e9n\u011b 6,0 m (20 stop) elektricky vodiv\u00fdch ocelov\u00fdch armovac\u00edch ty\u010d\u00ed nebo prut\u016f o pr\u016fm\u011bru nejm\u00e9n\u011b 13 mm (1\/2 palce) nebo z nejm\u00e9n\u011b 6,0 m (20 stop) hol\u00e9ho m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9ho vodi\u010de o pr\u016f\u0159ezu nejm\u00e9n\u011b 4 AWG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Elektroda mus\u00ed b\u00fdt obklopena betonem o tlou\u0161\u0165ce nejm\u00e9n\u011b 50 mm (2 palce), um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdm vodorovn\u011b u dna nebo svisle v betonov\u00e9m z\u00e1kladu nebo patce, kter\u00e1 je v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu se zem\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Elektroda mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spojena s uzem\u0148ovac\u00edm vodi\u010dem schv\u00e1len\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm nebo metodou, nap\u0159\u00edklad exotermick\u00fdm sv\u00e1rem, uvedenou koncovkou nebo uvedenou tlakovou spojkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud elektroda v betonov\u00e9m pouzd\u0159e nespl\u0148uje tyto po\u017eadavky, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159esto spojena s uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed soustavou a mus\u00ed b\u00fdt instalov\u00e1na jin\u00e1 uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed elektroda, kter\u00e1 spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky, nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 zemnic\u00ed ty\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspekce Ufer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed zalit\u00edm betonu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ufer (elektroda obalen\u00e1 betonem) zkontrolov\u00e1na kvalifikovan\u00fdm elektrotechnikem nebo kvalifikovan\u00fdm inspektorem, aby se ov\u011b\u0159ilo, \u017ee spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky n\u00e1rodn\u00edho elektrotechnick\u00e9ho p\u0159edpisu (NEC).  Elektrik\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed ufer instaluj\u00ed, by nikdy nem\u011bli b\u00fdt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ni jako inspekto\u0159i; mnoho \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f tuto kontrolu odm\u00edtne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dejme, \u017ee beton je ji\u017e vylit\u00fd a ufer nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fd pro kontrolu. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mus\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed firma p\u0159edlo\u017eit dokumentaci, kter\u00e1 prok\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee ufer byl instalov\u00e1n podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfpa.org\/codes-and-standards\/nfpa-70-standard-development\/70\" title=\"NEC\">NEC<\/a>. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o fotografie (kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky), v\u00fdkresy, faktury nebo certifik\u00e1ty od v\u00fdrobce nebo dodavatele vodi\u010de nebo betonu. Po\u017eadavky na tuto dokumentaci jsou obvykle takov\u00e9, \u017ee mus\u00ed u soudu obst\u00e1t pod mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou kontrolou. Sta\u010d\u00ed si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee n\u011bkdo dostane na stavb\u011b \u00faraz elektrick\u00fdm proudem nebo bude zasa\u017een elektrick\u00fdm proudem, a kvalita t\u00e9to dokumentace se stane d\u016fle\u017eitou. V\u011bt\u0161ina elektrik\u00e1\u0159\u016f a stavebn\u00edk\u016f nem\u00e1 mo\u017enost po\u0159izovat fotodokumentaci v d\u016fkazn\u00ed kvalit\u011b a najmut\u00ed si <a href=\"https:\/\/vm6fr4whzn6.c.updraftclone.com\/cs\/poradenske-oblasti\/forenzni-poradenstvi\/elektrotechnika\/\" title=\"\">soudn\u00ed znalec<\/a> jen vyfotografov\u00e1n\u00ed desky je ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b drah\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dejme, \u017ee dokumentace nen\u00ed k dispozici nebo nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e1. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mus\u00ed instalat\u00e9r a inspektor p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee ufer nespl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky NEC, a nainstalovat jinou uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed elektrodu, kter\u00e1 je spl\u0148uje, nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011b\u017enou zemnic\u00ed ty\u010d. Nesouvisl\u00e1 deska m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fa\u010dinnost <a href=\"https:\/\/vm6fr4whzn6.c.updraftclone.com\/cs\/2022\/03\/30\/5-zajimavosti-o-uzemneni-ufer\/\">ufer jako uzemn\u011bn\u00ed<\/a> a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko krokov\u00fdch potenci\u00e1l\u016f uvnit\u0159 domu. Spojen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 pro kontrolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle NEC je jako uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed elektroda p\u0159ijateln\u00e1 jedin\u00e1 zemnic\u00ed ty\u010d, pokud m\u00e1 odpor v\u016f\u010di vzd\u00e1len\u00e9mu uzemn\u011bn\u00ed 25 ohm\u016f nebo m\u00e9n\u011b. Tento odpor se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na p\u016fdn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a vlhkosti. Proto se doporu\u010duje zm\u011b\u0159it odpor zemnic\u00ed ty\u010de pomoc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zvan\u00e9ho tester zemn\u00edho odporu.
