Les types de corrosion les plus courants sont la corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la corrosion localis\u00e9e, la fissuration induite par l'environnement et la corrosion influenc\u00e9e par la m\u00e9tallurgie. Tous ces types contiennent des sous-cat\u00e9gories plus ou moins communes. Voici chacun des types de corrosion les plus courants.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/h2>\n<p>La corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de corrosion uniforme, est le type de corrosion le plus courant. Bien que la corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale soit le type de corrosion le plus courant, ce n'est pas la forme la plus grave car elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les diff\u00e9rents types de corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale :<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Corrosion galvanique<\/h3>\n<p>La corrosion galvanique est le type de corrosion le plus courant, toutes cat\u00e9gories confondues. Elle se produit lorsque deux m\u00e9taux diff\u00e9rents, dont les niveaux d'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrochimique varient, sont reli\u00e9s par un chemin conducteur. Elle est plus fr\u00e9quente chez ceux qui utilisent des m\u00e9taux diff\u00e9rents dans la m\u00eame structure. Les niveaux d'\u00e9nergie diff\u00e9rents des m\u00e9taux dissemblables sont la cause principale de la r\u00e9action de corrosion sur les surfaces. Trois conditions doivent \u00eatre remplies pour que la corrosion soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme galvanique.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois exigences sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Des m\u00e9taux \u00e9lectrochimiquement dissemblables doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents pour former les zones anodiques et cathodiques.<\/li>\n<li>Les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9taux doivent \u00eatre en contact \u00e9lectriquement pour pouvoir \u00e9changer des \u00e9lectrons.<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9taux doivent \u00eatre expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un \u00e9lectrolyte, qui active la force \u00e9lectromotrice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Corrosion atmosph\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n<p>La corrosion atmosph\u00e9rique se produit le plus souvent dans des environnements humides, mais c'est une r\u00e9action \u00e9lectrochimique \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9 qui est \u00e0 l'origine de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Ce type de corrosion ne se produit qu'au point de d\u00e9charge. Ce type de corrosion est une forme de biod\u00e9t\u00e9rioration. Il s'agit d'une corrosion due \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de micro-organismes. Il s'agit de l'une des formes de corrosion les plus simples \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler si l'on s'y prend correctement.
