Het is een proces dat de vorming van corrosie op metalen oppervlakken voorkomt, zelfs in zeer corrosieve omgevingen. Het is de meest effectieve vorm van corrosiebescherming voor veel industrie\u00ebn. Bekijk deze uitsplitsing van de twee soorten kathodische beschermingssystemen om de verschillen en overeenkomsten tussen beide te ontdekken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is een kathodisch beschermingssysteem?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze systemen helpen corrosie tegen te gaan door een elektrochemische cel te cre\u00ebren. Dit circuit lijkt veel op een zeer grote batterij, waarbij een bepaald metaal (of structuur) corrodeert en een ander metaal niet (de kathode corrode corrodeert niet). Het feit dat de kathode niet corrodeert in deze elektrische cellen, is de reden waarom het kathodische bescherming wordt genoemd. Het doel is om een structuur te maken die u wilt <a href='https:\/\/vm6fr4whzn6.c.updraftclone.com\/nl_nl\/2023\/02\/17\/5-soorten-testapparatuur-voor-kathodische-bescherming\/'>de kathode beschermen<\/a>. Galvanische systemen zijn over het algemeen geschikt voor bodems met een lagere weerstand en toepassingen onder water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kathodische beschermingssystemen met ge\u00efmponeerde stroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het tweede type systeem heet een ge\u00efmponeerd stroomsysteem, en dit type systeem wordt meestal gebruikt wanneer galvanische systemen niet voldoende zijn om corrosie te voorkomen. Ge\u00efmponeerde stroomsystemen beschermen metalen constructies zelfs in de meest extreme corrosieve omgevingen. In een ge\u00efmponeerd stroomsysteem is er een actieve gelijkstroombron, waardoor er meer stroom naar de metalen structuur kan vloeien. Dit zorgt in zekere zin voor een constante stroom van bescherming tegen corrosie. Het is een van de meest <a href=\"https:\/\/vm6fr4whzn6.c.updraftclone.com\/nl_nl\/2020\/04\/02\/effectieve-corrosiebeheersingsmethoden\/\">effectieve corrosiepreventiemethoden<\/a> en gaat uitzonderlijk lang mee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-content-inner\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Anode van gemengd metaal (ge\u00efmponeerde stroom)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Drukstroomsystemen maken gebruik van een gelijkrichter die stroom uit een ondergrondse of ondergedompelde anode dwingt. De aandrijfspanningen voor deze systemen zijn instelbaar, afhankelijk van de plaatselijke bodem en de resterende levensduur van de anode. De vereiste stroomoutput kan aanzienlijk vari\u00ebren afhankelijk van de installatie, waarbij sommige installaties, zoals ongecoate zeeweringpijlers, honderden amp\u00e8res vereisen. Ondergedrukte systemen zijn het meest geschikt voor bodems met een hoge resistiviteit en systemen met een hoge stroombehoefte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typische ge\u00efmponeerde stroomanoden zijn gemengd metaaloxide (MMO), gietijzer, staal, grafiet of bestaand schroot. De levensduur van deze systemen kan oplopen tot 40 tot 50 jaar, met een typische ontwerplevensduur van 25-30 jaar. Als het einde van de levensduur is bereikt, moet er een nieuwe anode worden ge\u00efnstalleerd en kan het systeem weer in gebruik worden genomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te veel stroom van deze systemen kan leiden tot problemen met uw structuur. Deze problemen kunnen waterstofbrosheid en afsplitsing van de coating zijn.
